Getting errors EVERY time I launch due to the Unknown Recorder no restrictions mod being SEVERELY outdated and causing an error message and the game to crash every time.

God damnit - you are the weapons god. I'd say half the modding community is alive because of people like you bringing us top quality mods like this.

@fizzie First of all - I didn't say it was a bad mod. I said it's terribly named and advertised as an "improved" replacement for Mary-Ann. It's NOT Mary-Ann in any way.
I also said that if it was any other NPC addon, I wouldn't have had a problem.
I also never stated it was a low-effort mod either - never said that in the slightest.
It doesn't seem to have a nice specular texture either to show off the sweat that Mary-Ann was usually drenched in - due to the running, biking etc... I could be wrong, but I didn't see it when I tried it. Also, because of the way Trevor interacts with her, her hair (left hand side) looks rather stiff. That's the good thing about the original Mary-Ann - because her hair is tied up, it's not a problem.

I never said it was a low-effort mod, I didn't say it was bad. Branding is everything however, and if you call it an "improved" version... there needs to be a genuine reason... I've played the single player game every 6 months with different graphics enhancements mods (especially the NVE mod), but this had me stopping the game and going back to revert the model to the vanilla game before I could continue my playthrough.

If you had called this any other generic NPC character or it had just been an add-on - it would have been great, but as a replacement for Mary-Ann... this is awful, and I'll tell you why.
Mary-Ann is fucking psychotic, misandristic, angry nutjob. Your NPC looks like she bakes cookies. She doesn't look like a 1st class ball-busting weirdo in any manner.
Call it anything but Mary-Ann and I'd agree it's a great character... but this ain't Mary-Ann Quinn.

While I'd love to give this ago - this is my 3rd attempt at trying to install this mod and not once has it ever worked. I seriously don't know what I'm doing wrong, and I'm pretty decent when it comes to basic modding - but this thing ain't working for me.
I really want to play this mod, but I'm starting to lose hope.

Sorry, but I for one don't like the music used for it. It's a beautifully rendered image of Los Santos in the video, but the music doesn't work with me. Your Aesthetic intro however seems more pleasing to my ears. 🙂

Where was that very lovely fellow who used to put this stuff into an OIV for us??? I really appreciated it...

@Michael21107 I don't actually like it - it looks too sterile without the bits of garbage. It is meant to be a sleazy strip joint so the mess kind of adds to the dilapidated environment.
