After seeing ENT in serious need of an update (and with the other ENT members not having the time anymore to update ENT) I've taken on the role of keeping ENT as up to date as I can.
I've been releasing updates on GTAForums for a while now, but due to multiple requests - I'm going to put the changes here as well as in the ENT thread on GTAForums
This is built on Enhanced Native Trainer update 28 (so your previous database file and config will work with this).
Notable features include:
- Skin customiser
- Vehicle customiser
- Weapon customiser
- Organised & extra vehicles
- Organised & extra teleport locations
- Ability to save vehicles & skins
- Many additional general options
- Saves/restores settings across multiple uses
- Controller support
For installation details and keys/controls, and what's new in each release, please read the document in the ZIP.
This will tell you, for example, that by default, game controls are disabled whilst in the menu, but that you can turn this off in Miscellaneous > Trainer Options. See, useful.
You can redefine the keys using the supplied XML, which should be placed in the game directory.
Known Issues:
- Reshade 1.1 will crash your game if you run ENT alongside it. I'm told Redux works fine however. It's way above my head, so not something I can fix.
- When loading ENT, unplug any controller and let your game load before plugging it back in. Not doing this will result in your game crashing during loading, or an infinite loading screen!
I've included the original thread as I (and others) still use it to test builds and give feedback on them.
If any of the other ENT team members want me to rename my updated fork of ENT (to prevent issues with the names and anything I may add which they may not want in ENT), please PM me and I'll change it.

* Some of the weapon tints (namely MK1 tints) use the incorrect name in ENT. This is a side effect of using the in-game names.

If you're having issues with ENT crashing on start up - try loading JUST ENT and seeing if the crash continues. If it does you can turn off options using DB Browser to open up ENT's settings database -> Browse data -> feature enablements in the drop down and setting the respective value to 0 or 1.
You could also rename the DB and get ENT to make a new one.
You can find ENT's settings DB by putting the following into an explorer window:-

can i get help ? some cars dont have modification options.. example minivan custom= 0 bennys upgrades.. also enus jubilee also has 0 modification options, only regular ones like sound engine.. cant even tint windows..any solution ?
Hi @Zemanez .... does it work with NVE? mine does not work after NVE installation.
@pirateneo Try to disable the 'Airbrake' feature under 'Miscellaneous / Airbrake menu'.
@Zemanez Thanks for your hard work on this mod. Its my favorite trainer by far. For some reason it makes the "Liberty City preservation project" (liberty city) map flicker. Could you please take a look to see if its an easy fix?? Thanks!!
Is there a way I can do activities like golfing while using this ENT?
@coru182 ive got the trainer and the liberty city map installed and they both work perfectly fine together. Its most likely some other mod causing the issue.
where is the fucking config file ? i deleted almost everything in teh enhanced native folder and its still not the config file ..
@Reaver14 Press Win + R and type: %appdata%\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer. Then delete the ENT.db file to reset ENT back to default options.

Something is still preventing GTA from starting and making the game think it is already running. I reinstalled GTA V today and only added a total of 45 cars and planes as an add-on. Before I did that, the game was running normally but when I want to use my mods, nothing works anymore.
So folks, now I've just copied Scripthook into the main folder and ENT Update 55 without any mods and the game still won't start. If I don't have these files in the main folder, I can play normally and also online. With just these files, something happens in the background that makes the game think it's already running.

@coru182 I have the same problem, o never thought it could be ENT, it's my favourite menu but I guess it's time to let it go then.. I want reshade anyway. I just wish I could find the exact same nitro in a mod
@coru182 mate, it's still flickering without ent for me, lights and some tree models, are you sure of what you say?
Keep getting an infinite loading screen anytime I have this active. Even without my scripts folder being in use

@JoyLucien The original code was released under the GPL-2.0 license which requires @Zemanez to make the source code available (usually in the same medium as the distribution). So, unless he/she entered into a license agreement with gtav-ent to allow distribution under a different license, the changes included in this version are also covered under the GPL-2.0.

I love this Trainer as it's the one I've always used but I have found that this mod is causing an interesting bug.
When closing the game I get the error - FATAL: scriptWait() called on unk thread
I have reinstalled GTA V and completely started over and this is the only mod that has caused it (so far)
I can't find much information about it but hope it can be fixed. I also have the ScriptHookV log file also if needed.

The license situation is interesting as arewenotmen initially made ENT private after it was used to mod online (which was against the project's wishes) so it was made private. I got access to the code and forked it but it remained private as the original project still was private at the time. It was originally a fork of the OG project but Git seems to have freaked out and I lost track of the original project until today when I found it was open again.
Given modding has moved on considerably since the SHV online days (which is when ENT was made private) and the OG project is now open again - it something Alex and I are discussing as most developers have moved on by now and with the impending E&E edition likely going to break a _lot_ of things - ENT may have to go open again, like Menyoo, to be maintained.

That can be ignored. It's something weird with the newer versions of the scripthook as it doesn't like ENT tidying itself up. It's a nuisance, but not something to worry about.

That could be BattleEye at fault. Even if it's turned off in settings - sometimes the service remains running in the background which breaks mods.

It's an option in social club settings to verify your game files.
