@fciowaj ENT log (ent-log.txt) will be more useful as it’ll tell us what ENT was doing at the time the game crashed. It's in your GTA folder under the Enhanced Native Trainer folder.
@terminatingissue66 Verify the game files. ENT won’t crash the game if there’s missing files (it’ll just not work properly) so it sounds like one of your other mods is doing this.
@Omen66690 Regarding wanted level in apartments. This is how the 'Can Run In Apartments' option works. Don't you worry no cops will arrive. Disable it if it annoys you.

@darth_dicqus Try to reset all settings. You've enabled one of the options (under the misc menu) that disables the mini map.
@CodeNameLd Disable the 'Deadly Water' option under Weather Settings.
