@Demonoid Did you also copy the Enhanced Native Trainer folder from the archive?
@Razkunkill Press Win + R and type: %appdata%\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer. Then delete the ENT.db file to reset ENT back to default options. Make a copy of the file before you do it.

@maljamdol Press Win + R and type: %appdata%\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer. Then delete the ENT.db file to reset ENT back to default options. Unfortunately it will also delete all your saved vehicles/weapons and so on.

@matieo33 Try to reset all settings via the main menu. Maybe one of the enabled options causes crashes.
@kienk123 Player / Player Data. Enable 'Toggle Modified Stats'. Then change 'Character Ability Stats'. But you must also enable 'Apply On Game Load', 'Re-apply On Respawn', and 'Apply On Character Change' if you want it to work properly.
