Place SpinePincher.xml into your \Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Vehicles\ Folder
You will of course, need MenYoo trainer to spawn it, which is available here:

Spawn in MenYoo via: MenYoo > Vechicles > Saved Vehicles > SpinePincher.xml

@SkyFire428 I always try to keep things under 90 for that reason even tho my memory isnt so much limited, I just want to make whatever I make to be able to be enjoyed by as many people as possible :)
