This pack is a collection of wheel types for various police vehicles.
The purpose is to allow players to further customize their rides to fit their taste.
STOP ASKING ME ABOUT MAKING THIS PACK COMPATIBLE WITH FIVEM. I WILL BLOCK YOU.
-----Installation-----
1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Enable Edit Mode
3. Drag and drop the "wheelvarietypack" folder inside the dlcpacks folder
4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click "Edit"
6. Directly after the latest entry in the XML, you must put the following line:
dlcpacks:/wheelvarietypack/
7. Click Save
8. Navigate to your x64e.rpf archive. Locate the vehshare.ytd texture dictionary and open it.
9. Import the provided textures into your vehshare.ytd. It may take a moment for the software to import the textures. Click save after the process is complete.
THIS IS A REQUIRED STEP. IF YOU NEGLECT TO IMPORT THE PROVIDED TEXTURES, THE WHEELS WILL NOT HAVE THE CORRECT TEXTURES.
10. Start GTA V.

Due to the nature of this modification, I am willing to further expand the selection roster later down the line.

There are 20 wheel choices that will fit most common police vehicles in modern model years.
Ford Taurus: 2
Ford CVPI: 3
Ford Police Interceptor: 2
Dodge Charger: 7
Chevrolet Caprice: 1
Chevrolet Tahoe: 4
Chevrolet Impala: 1
-----Applying your wheels-----
Simply open your trainer menu, and navigate to the wheel customization section. You will find them under the "Sport" category.
I use Menyoo, so if you can't find them, check your installation, then check your menu. Contact me via FR/GPM if you are having issues.

I completed the installation, but how can I put these wheel on my car, should I go to the car modification store?

Hey man,
got this mod installed.
When i tried to upgrade a vehicle i navigated to wheels > sport, but these wheel mods are not showing under that menu, so i navigated to Vehicles option > Menyoo Custom > I scroll all the way down and click on AUTO UPGRADE, that causes the whole vehicle to get modified, after doing so i see one of your wheel mods have been applied to the vehicle.
I wonder how that happened :/
When i search in the whole wheels section i dont find anything,
So what can i do for this issue???

I've installed this as per the instructions, but they all have odd textures, are all one color or all chrome. some of them have other textures on them, like headlights and such.
Loving the pack a lot so far. However, if possible could you please fix the hubs for the cvpi? They spawn with very thin tires

I tried to load it on to my private FiveM Server but the Wheels have weird textures, any idea how i fix it?

Bug for FiveM, sadness!
It's just the textures not displaying properly and it's impossible to fix on 3DS MAX because it blocked the rims!
Despite the textures added in vehshar.ytd which is in stream.
Game crashes even with the YTD file.
Hmm, after 2845 update there is something with textures - they are black or chrome tyres or generally bad. Reinstaled vehshare.ytd, changed to old with good textures and did not helped. Before there was absolutely no problem.
Such a shame that this doesn't work anymore. There's legitimately one wheel that looks normal, the rest are all wacky in various ways regarding textures as people above have said. I wish one day this would get a fix because its a great mod.
