hello so i got a problem with this mod it works perfectly but after i uninstalled it or started the mission every npc car or any npc are just enemies and my whole game jsut turn into the matrix please help

ayo bro everything works but the menu dosent turn on

its bad it dosent work it dosent have a uninstall oiv i did it with the oiv in the folder i broke my whole game no mod has ever not worked that even after i delete it it still dose not work
