@lucasvinbr i am having a not insignificant amount of random NPCs becoming hostile with this mod. Like the random red blips that pop up and someone shooting at me with a pistol when I begin shooting/rampaging. These NPCs are not part of any gang just random people. Issue goes away when i remove gang and turf from scripts folder.
@lucasvinbr Every member is invisible though. Even when I completely reinstalled and had it make new gangs all those members were invisible too. Do I have to manually go through every time?
@Renlou Yea. Don't remember the exact name but the one that controls what weapons they currently have and then the other one controls what weapons they (the gang) will buy next.
@lucasvinbr My gang members are still completely invisible. This is THE best mod for gta 5 and I can't play without it. Please help!
@idefyevil @lucasvinbr Having the same issue as idefyevil - invisible gang members. Doesn't look like any error messages in the log.

@Renlou @thattallboy I ended up finding a work around. The key was doing small edits and then running the game before continuing with more. I was trying to edit the gang weapons and then the gang weapon hashes in one go. I had to do each one individually, run the game, and then continue editing. Also @Renlou.. the original gang and turf mod has been updated. Don't know if that affects this mod at all.. just letting you know!
@lucasvinbr Yea I have same issue as @idefyevil. Scripthook was just updated yesterday so maybe that has something to do with it.
@lucasvinbr Figured it out. I was editing the PreferredWeapons and the GangWeaponHashes at the same time. I got it to work by first editing Preferred Weapons, then running the game. I then closed out and edited the GangWeaponHashes. For some reason it needed to be done like this or else it would reset the gangData file.
@lucasvinbr When I try editing a gangs weapons in GangData it resets the entire GangData file after loading up. All territory is neutral and it creates new gangs but my gang still exists. Any thing I can try?
