Also, a stock car that goes about a hundred will go about two-hundred if you have "slippery when wet" enabled (on advanced at least). I believe I understand why this is...
Sometimes when I damage my vehicle to a small degree, the hazards come on. I don't know why but it's kind of annoying. The only thing broken on my vehicle is my door is missing, but that's literally it.
My indicator setting is set to manual.
In fact, I literally just reproduced it. If you remove a door on a perfectly good vehicle, then drive a few feet, the hazards come on and you can't turn them off.
I like that there's a "destroy engine" and "damage engine" feature, but could there also be one to "break radiator?" And perhaps for non-single engine planes, there could be an engine number that can be adjusted which changes which engine the buttons effect.
I noticed something slightly annoying, and I'm not sure if it's addressable by the mod... When using customized free roam peds, switching your features such as face type and hair color on your own character will change all bodyguards using the free roam character model. This means the four of us have the same face and hair color. We will still have different clothes and hair styles, but the hair color and face type are the two items that are linked for some reason. I don't know about eye color, since I haven't actually used that yet.
The "No Police Helicopters" doesn't seem to work. When enabled, they still spawn on the map. I enabled the option to simulate exhaustion of police resources, but they spawned regardless of the option's state.
Okay... The path to the currently used files is "\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\"
I replaced the files in "\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_a_c.rpf\", but it's still loading the default seagull model. Perhaps I'm missing something, but there are no sufficient instructions.
Please add a "MP Ped Save/Load" section where I can save not just the clothes, but also the facial features and such.
Nevermind... I think it's because the marines are on the same team as police, and there is no aggression override. The same thing happened in a trainer I know works; even in another one, they still didn't shoot police..
I don't know if it's FiveM, but the bodyguards don't seem to want to fight back. I even set them to combat (which will teleport them outside of the vehicle), and they'll just sit there, letting police kill them. They also don't seem to know how to use the turret mount they're sitting in on the roof.
