Information
Old Gen Visual is a mod that brings back "that thing, that magic" from the old gen version.

Main changes:
- Timecycle.
- Lens flare.
- Lightning, clouds and water settings.
- Bokeh, damage effect, lens flare and water textures.

Optionals:
- Alternative Old Gen Lens Flare: this optional changes the color of two flare animorphics from yellow to blue.
- Beach Foam, Lights & Palms Textures: this optional changes various beach foam and street lights textures with one from the old gen version and palms retextures based on the old gen version.
- Beta Next Gen Lens Flare: this optional changes the lens flare with the version seen in the E3 2014 trailer and a few pre release next gen screens.
- Beach Foam Textures: this optional changes various beach foam textures with one from the old gen version.
- Clouds Models & Textures: this optional changes a few clouds models and textures with ones from the old gen version.
- No Ambient Lights: this optional removes all the ambient lights around the map. Note: this one is useless if you have the shader quality set to normal.
- No Lens Artefacts: this optional removes the blue lens artefacts (the ones from the very high and ultra Post FX setting). Note: this one is useless if you have the Post FX quality set to normal or high.
- No NG Coronas: this optional removes the additional rendered corona textures.

Note: the preview screens where taken with all the mentioned edits + other mods installed (so it might look a bit different): No Chromatic Aberration and Lens Distortion, Higher Quality HBAO and the VisualV shaders.

Requirements
OpenIV.asi
Mods folder.

Installation
Drag and drop both the "common" and "x64" folders from the "Main" folder in "mods\update\update.rpf".

Installation (optionals)
- Alternative Old Gen Lens Flare: import the files from the "Optionals/Alternative Old Gen Lens Flare" folder in "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data".
- Beach Foam, Lights & Palms Textures: move the "lgvisual" folder from the "Optionals/Beach Foam, Lights & Palms Textures" folder in "mods\update\x64\dlpacks" and add "<Item>dlcpacks:/lgvisual/</Item>" to the "dlclist.xml".
- Beta Next Gen Lens Flare: drag and drop both the "common" and "x64" folders from the "Optionals/Beta Next Gen Lens Flare" folder in "mods\update\update.rpf".
- Beach Foam Textures: move the "beachfoam" folder from the "Optionals/Beach Foam Textures" folder in "mods\update\x64\dlpacks" and add "dlcpacks:/beachfoam/" to the "dlclist.xml".
- Clouds Models & Textures: import the files from the "Optionals/Clouds Models & Textures" folder in "mods\x64b.rpf\levels\gta5\cloudhats\v_clouds.rpf".
- No Ambient Lights: import "vfxfogvolumeinfo.ymt" from the "Optionals/No Ambient Lights" folder in "mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\effects".
- No Lens Artefacts: import "lensartefacts.ymt" from the "Optionals/No Lens Artefacts" folder in "mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\effects".
- No NG Coronas: import "visualsettings.dat" from the "Optionals/No NG Coronas" folder in "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data".

Note: if you want to install only certain files, check "Files.txt" for the list of files and what they do.
