Improved Noose TRU/SWAT Mod 2.0

Hello everyone!
So, i got really fucked up when i fought against police and police officers can`t hit you if you are two steps away, and swat officers shot at you with a carbine rifle every fifth second or the own Team in the Noose Mission Mod get killed every FUC**** time so i thought there must be a way to improve the police and swat behaviour.
So, this mod improves the fight behaviour of the Noose TRU/SWAT operators, so they will fight more like a team and will be more dangerous to fight, and they have got a bit more armour, like a real special force.
This is also compatible with lspdfr, so the swat officers you call for support will be aple to kill some suspects instead of getting killed every single time.
And, of course, the SWAT team in the Noose Mission Mod, which wasn`t able to kill a single enemy, gets also some advantages.
If you spending most of your time playing Noose Missions, you can also increase the health and armour to 300 ore sth like that because then they will ressist even more damage and be able to help you instead of being dependant on your help.
So, open IV is required.

i updated the mod. So, i removed the dispatch files and changed some files, so problems like swat laying on the ground after one shot at them, and they are now not as op as they were in v 1.2, so they are more realistic but anywhere not op. Any idears ore suggestions?
Is this only a dispatch.meta mod? Or does it also has other modified files and maybe SH Scripts?

I did only changed pedhealth.meta and combatbehaviour.meta, because these .meta files are saying how much armor Noose and other peds have and how good they are able to fight. Because i think there are a lot fo nice mods for dispatch.meta, i did not included one, because i myself use a modified (by myselft) version of Castos The Sixth Star (for having military and annhilators on the pictures) . Because i did not made this mod i wasn´t shure if it would be legal to include it in the download files. This mod only changes the Noose Fight Abilites, not their Uniform or Dispatch.meta. If it is legal i could publish my used Dispatch.meta and my used texture mods. But, as i said, its my first mod and really easy :) .
@Venator Hmm, actually i can just edit those myself. Lmao
i know that its not difficult to edit them but there was no other mod that will change the lives of peds ore police. I think i will make a 1.2 version that will include a really different dispatch and new police textures, but for now in v 1.1 there is the dispatch i used.
