and open game click on F8 two time A menyoo appear in menu go to third last option object spooner open it and now go to manage saved file now at alst you can see the file of boating point.xml click on it and then click on load placement

I removed a 'boat' load of extra tags. So, please, don't abuse the tag system.
This is a beta version
I will bring a full version in short time
removed the YMAP tag from title as it's a simple Menyoo spooner file
instead of properly placed props using CodeWalker via YMAP file format
