Nice! Any chance of ever doing this for some of the musical score tracks? I remember my first time playing V some of the tracks were easily drowned out by SFX sounds. Like certain planes you can’t hear the flying track, and the during the Palermo Score you can’t hear the music over the gunfire. There might be others but those are the two they come to mind. Every file though would benefit from a slight increase though.

Hey man, good idea for a gun sound mod. I just installed it and went to check out the difference. There is no sound when you use a suppressor on the AK, the Special Carbine(G36c) has messed up gun smoke, the Advanced MG(I think, wood stock MG) has messed up gun smoke, the Heavy Shotgun shoots just one pellet turning it into a rifle. There are more issues as well but what sucks is your .OIV installer doesn't have an uninstall option which makes me have too reinstall manually a bunch of mods to put it back to stock, so I am not very pleased at the moment. Good Idea though, the weapons sound much better, but there are too many glitches. I hope ya fix this in the future because I like this idea. Well anyways time to reinstall most of my mods now..

Assault MG sound on Assault Rifle is bad choice because it doesn't contain a silencer

Excelent idea, but before you lunch and post the mod, make sure it's completed. Missing sounds... :(
