This is a police limo made for police escorts. it was also made for the C2CJ clan and my friend DoctorGTA. please subscribe to my youtube for updates and soon i will be making tutorials on how you can make police vehicles too. www.youtube.com/user/minecraftloverpete
ignore the end of the link i made the channel link before i had gta v.
To install:
Download openiv then go to tools-ASI manager and make sure the 2 top ones are installed then close out of the ASI manager and then go to tools-package installer and select the plimo.oiv file that you download on this page. after selecting it, press install and make sure you select the mods folder!!!!!!!!! then in game look for a police 2 or spawn it in :)

@Peteplaysgames Any chance you could just include the car files? otherwise I can't use this.
@Arariel if you have winrar or 7zip then just change the extension from .oiv to .rar and it will allow you to open it and get the files
@Peteplaysgames Thanks. I figured it out. For some reason, when I spawn it in game, it spawns an unmodeled police2 that can't do anything. The meta and carvar are correct.
I extracted the files and put them into the custom cars DLC mod that I have installed (basically just a folder to keep any add-on cars), and I can't seem to find the right carvariations for this. It always spawns in as olive green and the sirens don't work, nor do the lights flash. Any clue what could be causing this?

@Number1GojiFan No there are not, i have not really continued this limousine so because it is basically the default game limousine with police lights no one has thought of showcasing it, however i am hoping to release a major update which will change the whole exterior, and possibly interior, of the car (if i can figure out how to) if i do figure out how to then that should be out within the next 1-2 months maybe less
