This is my second Vehicle Mod and boy it has taught me a lot! i hope you guys like it.
the model was taken from P3DM.ru website.than converted/ported to gta 5, by FoxtrotDelta. i also took some ideas and collisions from il_76 of dragooN777.Looks awesome. and its mostly Bug free. let me know if you findout any bugs.
For those people who have Add on problem. game crashes or add on vehicles simply don't spawn get this file from the following link this should solve the problem :

perfect collisions now
all 4 working Lods!
working landing gear.
working doors.
Bonnet/Boot. hatches working.
Rotating/Moving Radar Dome.
dials. detailed cockpit.
livery friendly/paintjob firendly layout
changed tail painjob.
gave evn.dds
Window glass removed from front.
engineering cabin removed.
Add on and Replace Both versions are availible. please read the readme txt file provided in the zip file.
For Replace with openIV path is >>>update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
For add on please read the Read Me file provided in rar file .
you can rename and replace it with any big aircraft. but remember for moving radar dome you need handling.meta data from the add on. meta files.
i would prefer Add on if, i were you.
To spawn it inside game just Type KJ2000 using any trainer.
Future updates may include: V 1.2
landing gear doors open/close properly
antenna.
damage improvements.
P.S i spend 36 hours thinking how did @skylineGTR Freak and Canal Emraer GTA make their radar Dome to rotate and keep it rotating all the time. and than after 36 hours of thinking and digging, i found out the key is Weapon_1a and its Meta files! for some reason @skylineGTR freak and Canal Emraer GTA could not Tell me in a timely manner (or may be i was in a hury) anyways i figured it out on my own,in the end, how to make the Radar rotate. cheers!

KJ-2000 is a Chinese AWACS system, which is based on Beriev A-50 AWACS from Russia. but KJ-2000 Has an AESA radar much more powerful and better detection system than old Midas/Beriev A-50.
Pakistan Air Force Got KJ-2000 from China, in 2008. 2 units initially. than abandoned the Project for more aircraft and instead chose chinese Y-8 based Zdk 03 AWACS, 4 units and than also bought 4 units of SAAB 2000 AWACS from sweden.
Note: If you use replace version (cargoplane) the Rotating Dome will not rotate, it only works with Add on Version. so i strongly Recomend Using ADD ON method.
