Mod Info
a Tuned 1.6L i4 B18C Engine sound applied for Eclipse from first F&F movie! A Greddy BOV is ON. This mod is not a replacement is a completely custom engine and exhaust sound that can be connected to any car.
Small Features
-Audio Occlusion (you cant hear exhaust if camera is in front of the car (just like irl))
-Small speed-based transmission whine
-Engine Cooling Fan sound
-Custom and cool turbo sound
-Custom ignition sounds
-Custom launch revs play
Requirements
-Game version that have Los Santos Tuners DLC for Add-On to work
-FiveM server version that have Los Santos Tuners DLC for Mod to work
Add-on Installation
-Drop sound_st29b18cfnf folder (which was exctracted from addon folder) into the dlcpacks in mods folder (if you dont have one, google how to install mods on GTA V)
-Add "sound_st29b18cfnf" to DLCs load in dlclist (in mods update.rpf)
-Set a "st29b18cfnf" engine hash name to vehicle.meta of car you want (peferably F&F Eclipse or Honda CRX)
And you are ready to go!

@BigLive75 what engine hash did you use? Also please next time ping me with @Streiter_V12 or DM me or ping me on my server so i can help you, i always want to help if somebody goes wrong so next time i will fix it for all my mods ❤️

@Streiter_V12 I just copied the folder name for the engine hash. <audioNameHash>sound_strb18cfnf</audioNameHash> (For the F&F Mitsubishi Eclipse) No sounds at all.
I do the same exact thing for all engine sounds but yours are the only ones I ever came across that don't work.24. september 2024 -
@BigLive75 I made the exact same mistake lol. Streiter_V12 likes to do it a little different to other sound authors.
drop the sound for the engine hash. as in the example you used it should be
<audioNameHash>strb18cfnf</audioNameHash>
but for the dlc folder and dlc list do it as you had it
sound_strb18cfnf
then you should be all good assuming no conflicts with existing sounds.24. september 2024 -
@gtavjamal Oh That's why they wouldn't work...I always wondered about that underscore because I never saw that on any other sounds I downloaded. Ok I'll try dropping that part and just add the part after the underscore. Thanks.

@Streiter_V12 Continuing on from earlier comments re: Dom's 1st film charger sound. You are already da man and too generous but if you are able to do Dom's charger sound from the 1st film...dayuuum! You will be the undisputed engine sound mod king!! Btw. Don't get me wrong your 70 Charger sound is awesome and one of my favorites but Dom's charger sound imho hands down the best charger sound of all time!
