This is the LSPD Pack that I have come up with, it is fictional and there may be a few issues with it.
Model's - Vanny, OfficerUnderwood and TheHurk
Light's - Krul, Fabe, The Hurk, Bueno
Accessories - Twertleee, itsdenko, OfficerUnderwood
If there is anyone that I have missed out then I will be happy to add them if you let me know.
If you are looking for some custom ELS Police cars for personnel use or for a server either US or UK

- Install this in the path - mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Then add the line of code to the dlclist in the folder where the add-on file is on.
- Move the metm.xml into pack_default in the ELS folder in the Main game Directory.
TroubleShooting
If you spawn the vehicle in and the top light bar is all tinted follow this
1. go to your vehicles.meta in the game which would be :
E:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
2. do CTRL + F and type the model name in and find underneath the model name diffuse tint
3. replace what ever it says with 0x00FFFFFF
4. save the file and replace
5. load up the game and it should work.

we can put it on a fiv M server ?
Everything works great except with LSPDFR it won't put the suspect into the back of the vehicle when I hold 'E' down.
To be more precise I can't put people in the Ford Interceptor, but the K9 unit for some reason does with the cages in the back.
@ArteX the police explorer wont spawn it seems in three of the xmls it thinks the explorer is the LSPDSS

@TOO_TALL305 Honestly I would not have a clue now I am afraid as these are very old, If that is the case then just look at the ones and make sure the name is the same in all the metas

Hello! great pack! but the charger has no skin, and the back lights on the Chevy dont work :( anyway to fix?

can I switch these files with any police car? for example, I have police3 files and I need to switch its with these files
