2013 Dodge Viper Los Santos County pursuit unit. Based heavily on the Viper from NFS Rivals.
NOTES:
If you are having issues entering or exiting the car change the layout in the vehicles.meta to:
LAYOUT_STANDARD
However, this should only happen if you are replacing an SUV.
-Comes with an black wheels option if you dont like the alloys.
-Windows can't break.
-In some of the screenshots the tires might look strange, thats been fixed now.
-Hotfeet on lightbar are not on in screenshots, they also now work and are
static (can be changed in the els.xml).
Install:
-Place put files from "model files" into :
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday21ng (or latest patchday)\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
-Put files from "ELS" into:
\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
Credits:
-Original model from EA / Ghost Games (Need for Speed Rivals) // Ripped by DMN (gamemodels.ru)
Obviously don't re-upload this anywhere.

@tinntt0304 Did you put "police2.xml" into the ELS/pack_default folder? I assume you have scripthookv? If not, get that too.

do I need to use openIV to install the files or just install them in my main GTAV directory ?

New to these mods and things but I have downloaded everything required including ELS.. how do I spawn the vehicle? ive got a vehicle spawner of course but no clue what to type in @Ryan F
@Pizwiz317 You trainer should have a "vehicles" tab, in there go to "emergency" and then spawn "police2"
Wouldn't replacing a 4-door car with a 2-door car cause problems? The "police2" that this replaces is a 4-door vehicle. What about in story mode? An example would be when Michael's wife calls you to bail her out from the cops. She's sitting in the backseat.
@JENOVA_Absolute This mod was created for people using LSPDFR mainly, so single player wasn't really a concern. Also i'm 99% sure police2 is never used in any single player missions and only rarely spawns randomly around the mission row area.
@Ryan F Well, I'm guessing since you even made it an option at all, the door difference won't cause crashes if I use the replacement version?
