2 enable edit mod
3 go to x64e
4 go to level then gta5 and then vehicles.rpf
5 drag all files there
don't read readme file i wrote wrong installation there

@Reyser is there any banned rate to convert replace to addon and addon to replace?
@Hamdan AnsariPRO Just that is forbidden to upload mods without the explicit permission of the original authors. In this case the original author mentions that anyone have permission, so this upload got approved.

@mortid The update on the original Add-on file is uploaded. Soon as Gta5-Mods approve it, it will no more crash the game.
