This is a Bravado Buffalo 1st gen (police2) mapped to support liveries and a lighting setup similar (it's not exactly the same due to game limitations and my personal preferences) to the one used by California Highway Patrol, with a custom made LED lightbar (made out of default parts) inspired by Whelen Liberty.
To simplify installation this mod requires you to install Netman's SAHP Added cars (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/sahp-added-cars , also found in Law Enforcement Improvements), and replace his Buffalo (hwaycar) with mine.
Included in the archive are 4 High Quality (4096x4096) and 4 Standard Quality (2048x2048) skins and PSD files with editable unit number layers for both High Quality (4096x4096) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) allowing you to make additional unit numbers, should you wish to do so.
The glass works perfectly.

why do I need to use Netman's SAHP Added cars, cant I just replace this with the stock/default one?

@Yard1 No offense but why the hell not? lol. That was my first thought when I saw this too was "why didn't he make it for the actual Charger?"
@blackedout1 Because he prefers to stay true to the GTA universe, which I appreciate. There's others out there that will make real car models.

Mmkay, what is "Lore" anyways - Google isn't helping me. Not sure what you mean by "non-lore friendly" cars. You're not "making" the car by the way.
@IntrepidGamer Lore is the established world, story and canon of the game/movie/film. In GTA V there are no such things as Ford, Dodge, Coca-Cola etc. - including them would break the lore and just don't fit the world Rockstar made - something I won't do. I make mods for myself, and then share them with people - I don't make anything I wouldn't use myself.
Let's not get into technicalities, shall we? I do make a mod (car) by modifying a vehicle.

@Yard1 Does we need this mod for the 2 liveries in "NO569 Homeland and Security" mod and/or "netman SAHP added cars?
@Sp5000 Only for the liveries. Netman's mod has it's own Buffaloes which can be replaced by mine to simplify installation.
