This is a pack inspired by 11John11's Declasse Premier Classic - LSPD mini pack & Vx5voltage's 1995 Declasse Premier Classic SAHP. I have improved on them to make them more realistic with emissive lighting, updated liveries aswell as other features listed below.
An update in the lore inspired 90's with this pack which is based upon the 95-96 Chevrolet Caprices used across the LA and LA county areas during the mid 90's. These were the workhorses of any department before Stanier became the king of police vehicles. So why not go back to a time when these beauties used to make gang members run to their moms! Get ready to head out on patrol in these timeless classics for any retro police fan in one of 5 featured departments: Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos County Sheriff Department, San Andreas Highway Patrol, Blaine County Sheriff Office and San Andreas State Parks.

- 10 Premiers with vanilla style lightbars based on real life ones with 90's era California style lighting (may not be 100% spec)
- antennas with wobble effects
- pushbars, rear deck lights, traffic advisors and spotlights as extras
- speed radar equipment (SAHP vehicles only)
- full chrome grill
- classic 90s police computer & siren controller/radio console
- trunk equipment (from NeoGeo39's 93 emergency Stanier pack)
- custom soundbank (from 11John11's LSPD pack)
- vehicle is fully mapped on all LODs
- up to 10 liveries for each vehicle included
- a template is included in the pack so you can make your own liveries as well
- normal vanilla features such as breakable windows, LODs, dirt mapping etc
Installation
1. copy the 'beastybill88_polpremc' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "dlcpacks:/beastybill88_polpremc/"

- added updated halogen emissive textures and corona colours to match 11John11's & Weeby's vehicles that use them, I haven't done the best job on this but I will improve it and apply the fixes for a future update
- fixed the front flashers on lower LODs for the parkprem model
- fixed the lightbar on the sahpprem model to have the correct light setup that is used in Jacobmaates SAHP pack
- fixed the rear facing yellow/blue lights on the sherprem model so they don't have double flashing coronas

- added new BCSO variants using the Ventura County based liveries featuring either an Edge or improved Streethawk lightbar with emissives (improved by myself and thank you to 11John11 for letting me do so)
- added new SASP variant with a vector lightbar
- added more liveries and improved them for all vehicles

- added an optional replacement vehicles.meta for those who want the normal police sirens instead of the ambulance sirens
- added new improved handling line (thank you John for letting me use it from your LSPD pack)
- updated installation instructions

- fixed bugged red light flashing out of sync on rear deck lighting for sahppremslick
- added mipmapping to liveries (let me know if it's working, if not I will redo all the liveries again)
- minor texture changes to the LSSD liveries

Notes
You will need to use this mod Sirensetting Limit Adjuster for the sirens to work.
The siren ID numbers are 4400, 4401, 4402, 4403, 4404, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999
If the game crashes during the loading screen. Use custom gameconfig, you can find them on this website.
Known Issues
- No glass shards when windows are broken (this is a problem with the base model)
- trunk equipment will not deform with the vehicle and will appear on the outside if damaged enough (equipment may be remove in a future update as I haven't been able to fix this yet)
- front mirror steady burn texture on slicktop models pops in and out when looking at the vehicle while the windscreen has bullet holes (this is just the game engine being weird)

An update in the lore inspired 90's with this pack which is based upon the 95-96 Chevrolet Caprices used across the LA and LA county areas during the mid 90's. These were the workhorses of any department before Stanier became the king of police vehicles. So why not go back to a time when these beauties used to make gang members run to their moms! Get ready to head out on patrol in these timeless classics for any retro police fan in one of 5 featured departments: Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos County Sheriff Department, San Andreas Highway Patrol, Blaine County Sheriff Office and San Andreas State Parks.

- 10 Premiers with vanilla style lightbars based on real life ones with 90's era California style lighting (may not be 100% spec)
- antennas with wobble effects
- pushbars, rear deck lights, traffic advisors and spotlights as extras
- speed radar equipment (SAHP vehicles only)
- full chrome grill
- classic 90s police computer & siren controller/radio console
- trunk equipment (from NeoGeo39's 93 emergency Stanier pack)
- custom soundbank (from 11John11's LSPD pack)
- vehicle is fully mapped on all LODs
- up to 10 liveries for each vehicle included
- a template is included in the pack so you can make your own liveries as well
- normal vanilla features such as breakable windows, LODs, dirt mapping etc
Installation
1. copy the 'beastybill88_polpremc' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "dlcpacks:/beastybill88_polpremc/"

- added updated halogen emissive textures and corona colours to match 11John11's & Weeby's vehicles that use them, I haven't done the best job on this but I will improve it and apply the fixes for a future update
- fixed the front flashers on lower LODs for the parkprem model
- fixed the lightbar on the sahpprem model to have the correct light setup that is used in Jacobmaates SAHP pack
- fixed the rear facing yellow/blue lights on the sherprem model so they don't have double flashing coronas

- fixed bugged red light flashing out of sync on rear deck lighting for sahppremslick
- added mipmapping to liveries (let me know if it's working, if not I will redo all the liveries again)

Notes
You will need to use this mod Sirensetting Limit Adjuster for the sirens to work.
The siren ID numbers are 4400, 4401, 4402, 4403, 4404, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999
If the game crashes during the loading screen. Use custom gameconfig, you can find them on this website.
Known Issues
- No glass shards when windows are broken (this is a problem with the base model)
- trunk equipment will not deform with the vehicle and will appear on the outside if damaged enough (equipment may be remove in a future update as I haven't been able to fix this yet)

@Illusionary it should be DLS is supported as there is a pack available for this one, you'd need to speak to @Doutis who made the pack as I don't use DLS myself.

Such a great model, I love those Lightbars you used, especially the beacon light of UMK car . But I guess it can be a little bit more bigger , that make it looks better and more realastic, I guess.
And Hope every car could have both grille lights and back window lights , I really love christmas tree style.
@YAT-YUN-SEI Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. You mean the teardrop beacon? It's a realistic size for the vehicle as it is, it doesn't need changing. Christmas light style vehicles won't be a thing in this pack sorry, it's more aimed at what the real life counterparts would look like, the Christmas tree style is on more modern vehicles, not really ones from the 90s.

@RanditoCarlito so I checked in game and you're right, the front left wheel is wider than the others, not sure what's caused that but I'll look into it when I have the motivation. Thanks for letting me know!
How do I add the police car to traffic? In addon form
bcsherprem doesn't seem to have correct ELS, even with sirensetting limit adjuster applied. Is it meant to only flash one at a time each second?
@meowsandstuff If you mean it flashes red/blue blue/red slowly then yes that is correct for the type of lightbar on that car.
Is there a reason why if installed correctly that trying to run the game with this mod installed would crash to desktop

loading screen. I was going over your readme and I noticed you put something in there about that and I apologize I did not see that before. I've downloaded the cameconfig mod you linked and im going to give that a try. What is happening is that any addon mod I try it crashes.
@Untouchable59807 Ah yeah it'll probably be because you need to use a custom gameconfig file. I would also recommend downloading this gameconfig https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars as well as the heap adjuster & pack file limit INI files, that should hopefully help with using mods.
