how do i unsave a car..ive tried unlocking it then saving my game..and when i load it back up the car is back..ive destroyed it..and the car is back..i can move the cars and save them in a new spot i just cant unsave them completely

so can i move a house i wanna in the game ... if its in the middle of nowhere could i move it close to the city? or is this not like that
