Awesome mod! Im investing in this one!
Here are some suggestions after playing for a bit:
1. Adjustable Fuel Bar (X,Y,Z, Horizontal or Vertical, Enable/Disable Percent and Odometer. Pretty much make everything toggle able)
2. Configurable Keys (Menu open, Grab Nozzle and Return Nozzle)
3. Better Menu Usability (Ability to walk and do actions when menu open)
4. Different Fuel Calculations (by range or by time)
This is definitely going to be my main fuel mod from now on though. Great stuff!
Absolutely amazing! I've been waiting for an update to some persistence mod as their all outdated.

Found a bug where if you shoot a ped in a vehicle then the vehicle will start spraying blood everywhere not the actual ped.
Hey mate. just tested out your new update and it seems decapitation.dll doesnt want to run at all. I got the new better bullets impact working after manually creating the config file for it (i had to do this for decapitation.dll too) but there is nothing in there even after loading the script in game.
Here is the log entry for decapitation.dll:
[ERROR] Failed to instantiate script Decapitation.Decapitation because constructor threw an exception: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Awesome simple mod :D please fix the delay! the setting in the ini doesnt seem to work.
