What are the star symbols on your minimap in the 3rd screenshot?

That's strange, I haven't seen an ASI mod 'not work' before...

Any idea what is happening here?

Every time I download it, WinRAR says it is an unsupported or corrupted file.

Wait I'm confused, does this change the default weapon texture, or one of the skins you can buy for them at ammunition?

Does this mean that I can put "update/update.rpf" in the "mods" folder and that 'work'?
