ERR_FIL_PACK_1 error solution on version 1.0.1604.0 is. Installing "Packfile Limit Adjuster" will remove restrictions on the number of DLCLists installed. "Gameconfig.xml" is also a must! Error on version 1.0.1604.0 on version 1.0.1493.1 everything worked. Updating NoBoundaryLimits.asi does not help!
