SOLVED: It was a mod conflict, it was the Quadra Car Addon, this one in particular: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/quadra-v-tech So for those of you who have the rasenshuriken prop problem, drag out any mod out of dlcpacks one by one in your gta 5 directory folder out onto the desktop until the mod works.
P.S: I'm assuming the full version is paid? How much? Can't check the discord, so I want to at least know. Wish you guys had a patreon for your mods..
@SilkTeam Tried launching it from the launcher didn't work. I will try reinstalling the mod, if that doesn't work then I'll look for mod conflicts.
P.S: Found more problems, everytime I use the four tails form, I can't use any melee attacks, he just does the normal punch animation then when I switch back to Naruto I still can't use melee, it's as if the mod doesn't have a custom melee system. Shadow Clones and Rasengan work in both forms. Also I didn't see the beast bomb jutsu anywhere. Still gonna give 5 stars, I have confidence these'll get fixed.
@SilkTeam Excellent mod! Been waiting for a naruto mod. There's one problem though, some props are missing and it's the rasenshuriken prop. When I use it, it's a trash bin (lol) and the sound effect repeats on a loop unless I reactivate the menu.
@lucasvinbr I installed the latest Community Scripthookdotnet but now this mod doesn't work, the menu does not show up at all and the gangs are gone. It's as if I didn't install gang and turf in the first place. Gonna try downgrading Scripthookdotnet.
When I spawn the wings, the wings spawn several feet away from me like not attached to the character at all and looks disfigured. The wings follow me around.
This mod needs updating or someone else create a new one. It crashes my game, has no .ini file to change keybinds. There must be an alternative to this mod or I'll just accept looking at the feet of big add-on peds.

Wish it would be possible to see it without having to go offline, it's a pain playing the game offline with R* Social Club.
