Lights dont work on the replace version
Lots of cars are now spawning in a single color configuration and nothing else. Like the tiptruck2 only spawning in white and dubsta only spawning in black with gray trim. Also you added the FLAG_HAS_LIVERY flag to the utillitruck and now it spawns with messed up textures.
Possible update to increase the poly count on most of the cars? They're noticeably lower quality than the stock V vehicles. The phantom, Yankee, rancher, and bobcat based cars already have identical higher quality models in the game.
Also there's a bug with the floater that makes your character float on the interior of the boat when not driving. And the nrg600 is missing handlebar animations.

Need any help finding map bugs? I've made a massive list of issues I've found. One thing no one can seem to find a fix for are the railroad crossing barriers and lights not functioning properly at 60fps and above. I'm hoping this is fixed in the re-re-release of the game on new consoles if they plan on making the game target 60fps.
Also there are a bunch of weird visual bugs with power lines around the city. Mostly on the east side in the industrial area.
I've also found lots of props missing shadows like the parking blocks in Alta next to the suburban clothing store. Also quite a few guard rails around the highways are missing shadows.
Trees flicker and other prop lods are bugged in downtown area near the bank tower.
I get random cars spawning instead of cars from the pack. How do I fix this?
NRG900 does not have animated handlebars/front wheel and suspension and romans taxi has messed up geometry on the drivers side.
