any one know how to fix mercenaries dlclist XML not having content issue?

how do you get the rain too look like it does in the screenshots? mine just looks like vanilla and doesn't shine as much on the road nor does it puddle on the car. not sure if I'm missing anything, I have NVE free edition, ENB and even RTGI

Could anyone help me with this mod, I cant seem to get it to work, the player model doesn't change at all

When I go to put in a cars name some of them say invalid model

I’m pretty sure you do cause you have to have some sort of way to input the car names to spawn them
