I Will Make an Uninstaller Soon , Don't worry ! Won't let your 230 mods go to waste , LOL !

Uninstalation Steps (For People who Need it) : Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/weather/ and delete everything execpt the "Firefly XML File" . Same Steps can be Followed for the "Dust Effect" and "Console Era Drop" [Add-Ons] .

Uninstall "Intensive Lightnning Bolts" : mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/effects and Delete the "vfxlightningsettings" and Replace it with the Vanilla original File from update/update.rpf/common/data/effects .

"Daunting Wind" / "Enhanced Puddles" / "No Dust After Dusk" : These are Timecycle Changes and hence Cannot be Resolved Manually . To Uninstall Them You Need to Wait . REALLY !!

Version 1.0 [FINAL ]is out now . The Newer Version Supports a Lot more Effects than its Predecessor 3.0 [STABLE] . Refer ChangeLog for More Info . Kindly Note : The Uninstaller is Not been provided , Yet [Sorry About That :( ] . Tho i will provide it in the Next Update . Also This Version is Only Limited to GTA V Legacy .The Dust Effects in Sandy Shores are Excluded from the Main Oiv File , Due to its Compatibility Issues with Some Mods (Causing the Effect to Spawn Randomly in Any Terrian) . . Also Wild West Sandy Shores Effect is Removed (Due to its Old Gen Look) . Dynamic Dust Effect [Add-On] is Provided Exclusively for this Reason .

GTA 4 like Mist Effects are Added in the Mod files , Firefly and a New Pollen Effect is Also Enhanced for a better Country Side Look of the Game . Alongside this , There are a Ton of Other Add-Ons that Never Make you Feel Bored About the Games Weather Anymore [Everything is Compatible with Graphics Mods of your Choice] .

I am a Little Busy These days , and That's the Reason I am Unable to Fully Release this Mod for The Enhanced Edition . Just have a Little Patience , It will be Done Soon . At Last I Would Like to Thank Everyone , Who Showed Love to this Tiny Project of mine and Made me Turn it into a "Real Thing" . I Almost Abandoned this Project for a Year , But you Guys made me Come Back . Lol !

@JAM102970 Glad , Your Issue got Sorted . The Issue is Mostly Seen in DLcpacks , Cause they Tend to Replace the Ingame Textures Actively (Depending Upon the Players Location) . An Uneven Normal Map was having trouble in (version 4.0) . Which got Replaced in the Version 4.5 with the Native one . BTW , Reshade cannot Glitch Your ingame Textures as it is a post processing software , same can be said about enb .

@ALEXSYS The Mod you Mentioned is a Ymap Mod , (Checking Its Files) I figured it Doesn't change/replace any in-game models . So the Issue Might Have to be on my Side . The Mod might Suffer From Boundbox related errors . I Would Check it Out . Thanks for Reporting the Issue XD

The Mod is Finally Updated For GTA V Enhanced . Complete Installation Instructions have Been Provided about "How to Install it" on the Enhanced Edition of the Game (Read Mod Description or "Read Me" File Provided with the Download) . Both the "Legacy" and "Enhanced" Files are Separately Featured On the Mod Page , So Please make Sure you Download your Preferred version Only . Every Beta Release of the Mod has been Deleted due to Its Incompatibility , Other Releases are Also Going to be Removed from the Mod Page to Make Way for the Newer Uploads . so Kindly Backup Them If you Still Prefer to use Them .

Many Changes Have Been Made to the Newer version of the Mod (Refer Changelog for Detailed Info) . The Mod has Been Greatly Improved to Fit The Enhanced Edition Well . Compatibility is Checked with many different mods available at the moment for a Smother Experience . Although PLEASE KEEP IN MIND , Stability Errors Might Occur Due to the Lack of a Proper Tools for the New Release of the Game Yet . Kindly , Report any Major Bugs or Improvements Necessary for the Newer Version .

Updates will be Added to Both the Editions of the Game (Regularly) . See Ya !

@TroopahGaming You can Uninstall the 3.5 version by Deleting the x64i and x64f from the mods folder . Although , You Can Still Install the Dlc Pack without the need to Uninstall Anything . Its All Personal Preference at this Point . But , If for some Reason you see any Tree Models Flicker or Tree Textures Swapping (Tho , that Might Not Happen). I would Highly Suggest you Uninstall the Previous Version (In Such Cases) .

@Bezumnik If you Have Installed Any Vegetation Mods Alongside QuantV , Which Replaces some Tree Models . Problems Might Occur in that Case . The Beta Releases of My Mod are Not Yet Fully Tested for Every Mod That Touches The In Game vegetation (I am Terribly Sorry for that) . If you Have Not Installed Any Other Tree Replacing "Vegetation" Mods alongside QuantV . You Are Good to Go .
