Wassup y'all, why after installing this mods my (super, open wheel (menyoo)) cars is so fckin fast, idk but it's kinda weird before installing is just around 200+ kmh but after is 400+ on the first throttle😭😭😭, any idea to decrease the speed?

Why after i install sum dreads mod for frank, x64v on mods folder, i cannot switching to another char do you know why? It can be switch but after -+1-3 mints the game closed to dekstop without any report, is this just colliding mods or what,..
