This mod has moved to my All In One Menu mod and is now listed as an option under Jobs & Heists.
This menu features all of my heist mods combined in to one menu, along with other options and jobs.

This version still works, but it's not as up to date as my latest one released in All In One Menu.
With this script you can now perform a heist on various boats smuggling drugs in to the city.
Go to the docks in La Puerta, press E or right d-pad to start the heist, make your way to the boat marked on your map, take out the guards, steal the coke, lose the cops, then sell the coke to the buyer at the helipad.
Every time you start the heist the boat will spawn in a random location, each heist will have a different payout.
Installation
Copy DrugBoat.dll to your to your games scripts folder located at Grand Theft Auto v\ scripts\.
Go to the docks in La Puerta and press E or right d-pad to start the heist.

Note
Version 0.2 features a few bug fixes and a drop off location. Once you've stolen the coke, there will be a buyer waiting at the helipad.
Version 0.3 contains bug fixes

Version 0.5 contains a fix for the coke spawning, it should no longer be floating
Version 0.6 contains a possible fix for the script not loading on some games
Version 0.7 contains some bug fixes, the script compiled to .dll and a new heist passed screen

@toyota12345 scripthook V not working, so we have to wait
I can't get it to work. I've downloaded several of these mission, boat, prison boat etc and nothing appears on the map to trigger the mission. I have both Scripthooks on my game.
@Illusive Prime Are you using a legit copy of GTA with the latest versions of Scripthook and Scripthook .NET? I've just updated the mod which may hopefully fix it not loading for some people, could you let me know if the latest update works please.

Hey man, I have been away for some time and I got back to see the heist mods you have made. I haven't tried them yet but they look awesome! Simple and elegant at the same time! I like stuff like this to keep ya busy in GTAV while not playing story missions. Unfortunately R* made it so we couldn't rob/heist anything outside of story heists. You my friend have fixed that. I would like to thank you! I look forward to seeing other small heist mods you create in the future! :)

how do i make this work with my AITG drug and the ls life mod
Cool idea, this script. Every time I start the heist, the boat always appears in the north east corner of the map. Wehen I arrive there, I can only see the boat sinking and cant get the drugs anymore. But the mission doenst fail, it's just not possilble to solve it. Anyone else with this problem? Otherwise it might be caused by the fact that I have a shitload of scripts in my folders and there's a problem with compatibility. But started it three times now, and it always ended up the same...
@TrustNo1 Thank you! I may make some sort of military base heist some time in the future. I have released an aircraft carrier heist where you have to steal a military jet so that's probably the closest thing for the moment.
@VibeModeTeam I'm sorry but I have never used either of those mods so I'm not sure how to do something like that.
@Timmy85 Thank you! I've never heard of that problem before so it might be another mod or something conflicting with it. Do you have the latest version of ScriptHookV.NET installed? (3.03). This mod will spawn the boat in a random position range of around -3400f to +3400f each side of the map and the positions aren't manually made so it should be pretty random each time you start a heist.
I've just released a really small update for this mod, version 0.8.
This update features:
a few small bug fixes,
fixes to the big delay when picking up coke and it giving you the next objective.
@toyota12345 yea, I always keep sciptkook updated. Tried only this script without any others and it worked perfectly. Great fun :D just have to figure out what other script was messing aroung with it.
dying doesn't fail the mission on mine, it still says to deliver the coke to the destination despite dying?

@toyota12345 Fine work!! The comment is the same that I did in your Prison bus heist mod: If you die or get arrested before you deliver the coke, then you should have a mission failure. Also could you raise the wanted level to 3 from 2 stars that it is now when you steal the coke? That way a police helicopter will be spawned too, making the escape more challenging. Thanks & keep up the good job!
