This is a British SCO19 police ped that replaces SWAT. It contains multiple texture variations of the helmet and upper/lower clothing and accessories.
I'm aware SCO19 don't use the helmet with the visor, but that's the only prop I could find which wasn't glitchy with the model as the others take texture from the body for some reason. Of course, the helmet prop is optional and you can use any other pedprops you want.
Installation:

2. Navigate to: Mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf
-Replace:
s-m-y-swat-01-p.ydd

Features:
-Blue, black and purple colour variations for clothing.
-'SCO19' and 'POLICE' variations on helmet.
-Blue and black variations of 'POLICE' badges on accessories (vests).
-Police Union Jack flag badge, Metropolitan SCO19 badge (custom made) and emblem screen print for T-shirt.

these look nice, you could have changed the paramedic cross to green+white as that is what is used here
also try using the rockstar editor for screenshots to improve quality and it also gives you the capability to adjust the filters and depth of field etc
I'm sure the peds themselves are actually very good but the photo's you've uploaded to showcase them are awful!
@tramter good idea, will update the texture shortly. Also I did use rockstar editor but wasn’t aware of the filters and stuff.

@Reece_Bishop read installation instructions, you need to download Hanako's mod and then replace the files with mine (only need my .ytd).
Dumb question but how do u equip the Helmets/Armor?
