This is only his trench coat. I just recolored the Coat that came with the Executive Update.

Out of interest, is it possible to rig this to a player model?

@Teco I didn't find anything about GTA V but I found about GTA IV.. I think's it's almost the same thing but you need to investigate it ^^

If you want to get Matt Ryan's face, use the head from Edward Kenway (Assassins Creed: Black Flag), as it's the same actor who did Constantine's face which they used for the model.
