This texture is what a LAPD Dodge Charger would look like once it retires from police service. Here it is for all of you to enjoy in your game!
Installation:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). Lets say for example that you want to replace this with police2. First search up police2 in top right corner. Now click police2.ytd. Look for chr2_sign_1 and replace that. Now exit and save. The texture should now be in your game enjoy!

@JalTheGamer58 Did you downgrade your game version, because I am not able to use mods without the newest version of scripthook.

@NubForSale i don't think scripthook is updated for new ragehook 0.54. I play from steam so I can't for the moment play LSPDFR. And I did not downgrade my game version, hope I could answer your question.

I think most if not all decommission vehicles have the lights and housing removed to remove the temptation to put lights back in there illegally.
Yeah but couldn't find a vehicle with that. Some cops buy used police cars and equip it with lights@Thero
