This mod replaces the black and white livery of sheriff2 with an all white. Always thought that was a bit more fitting.
Very easy to install, you'll need OpenIV to do so.

Once you're in OpenIV, navigate to
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Should look a little something like this.

Once you're in there, click the edit button, install OpenIV's .asi if you haven't already, then drag and drop the two files I've included into the vehicles.rpf

It sounds like your games are detecting the modded files and redownloading the vanilla files. If you have the Steam version, set Steam to not update GTA5. If you have the disc version, I'm not sure what you can do, I don't own the disc version.
when I downloaded the it there was only one file
@Custo I have the disc version and the only way I found is to play in offline mode and for this I have to block GTA V in my firewall.
@Old Mustangs Yeah, the .rar file, go ahead and open it up. The files you need are in there. If you don't have WinRAR, I suggest you grab it from here.

Are you going to add the LAPD style skin on the interceptor that has that ugly POLICE skin
@Roboticgamer Can't do that at this time, we'd have to remap the vehicle. Perhaps in the future.
For the ones having trouble, in the OpenIV thread on GTAForums you can find a new beta version, this allows you to make a custom mod folder. There you can place your modded RPF files and it won't overwrite the original ones, really handy :)
so after I open open iv and search sheriff2 theres 4 files what do I do with the two I downloaded from you
do I extract the regular ones and just place the modded ones in
@Old Mustangs There's a video explaining what to do in the section above. All you have to do is drag and drop the new files in.

Hello and thank you for your work ! I have a probleme with your mod though.
I copied the files in the right folder but when I launch the game a dowload of 5Go starts and the mod is not taken into account (stock textures are still there).
How to solve this problem ?
@Winduck Block the game with your firewall and/or disconnect your internet before launching the game. Not a problem with our mods, but a problem with the disc version of the game. Social Club will always try to enforce game file consistency.

Thanks for this, looks much better matching the sheriff cruiser! Should have been all white in the first place.
well, it works...
Works as you'd expect and it's easy to install (esp if you watch the tutorial video on this page).
Looks so much better than the black & white Sheriff SUV.
Only thing that could be improved is if the download included a ReadMe file with install instructions & a link to the tutorial video.
