What this does:
Stops traffic from spawning with tuner parts, apart from rims and suspension. Basically removing parts that would cause abnormalities with replaced cars.
Reason?
Many community made car models don't include their own tuner parts, such as spoilers and skirts etc. Because of this the game will use the original parts for the car you replaced.
Sometimes these cars have missing or misplaced bones, so the default tuner parts won't attach correctly.
At best the parts will appear on the wrong part of the car. At worst it will cause a memory leak, artifacts and eventually a crash.
Installation:
Use OpenIV to locate and open
..\Grand Theft Auto V\MODS\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
and replace vehiclemodelsets.meta with the one included
Feel free to distribute this mod, use it in your own mods, make additions etc.

For those who wish to edit their own vehiclemodelsets.meta, rather than replace it with mine: Find your car and scroll down to <mods>. Select/highlight everything from the first < in the line <mods> to the last > of the line </mods> Then replace the selected text with:
<Variations type="NULL" />
<Probability value="1.000000" />
No more modded cars.
I replaced blista by a 2006 Volkswagen Golf V GTI (HitmanNiko) and I saw this car with no bumper (only black or empty), but blista is not listed in any vehiclemodelsets.meta... Is there another file affecting modkit ?

still spawn with wrong hud (or none )
If i remove content from mod folder of the car it spawns without a hud ..
Hud is only used as an example. It basically still has mod options ..even if the mod is not there(deleted) . Most noticeable if it spawn without hud

well this guy is long gone mod file is 250kb current file (2019) is around 450 kb. So the mod was great back in the day now u can use it as example and manually fix all of youre cars so you don't get crashesh from that. (cars spawning from wrong tunning) . I spent like 30 days 10 hours a day doing the dream all cars replaced maybe ill upload it somewhere I don't care for bu..hurt developers crying . Gonna post when I fix it and report
