You have 4 versions of skin (Avengers x2, X-Men x2);
Added new suits for The Flash V mod;
Replaced sounds (The Flash V/Quantum Break);
Added new loading screens;
Added new loading music.

OpenIV (openiv.com);
ASI plugins (OpenIV);
Script hook V (gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v);
Community Script Hook V (gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net);
The Flash V (patreon.com/posts/5759071);
Quantum Break (patreon.com/posts/gta-v-quantum-4757011);

This is basicly a copy from the flash script...

@JkeuM the powers are different, sure they're both fast but quicksilver "stops" time & he can move around & do stuff while time is moving at an incredibly slow pace. Flash mod, while I love it, isn't like that--you run very very fast & have certain flash powers that quicksilver does not posses.
If you want to bitch that the characters in the comics and movies are too similar then that's an argument worth having but to say this mod is crap and is a copy of the flash mod is an ignorant statement because its clearly two totally different mods.
And while your post maybe a few years old, I think its worth defending the fact that this mod is entirely different in the way it uses speed than the flash--and that's because the characters in the comics/movies/etc are different--just both are fast...but use it differently.
Educate yourself before ripping into something isn't a bad idea, maybe adopt that approach next time.

@KosmoStars How did you replace the sounds? I'm trying to replace or silence the special ability sounds but can't seem to find them in the games files.
I don't find the installation instructions
