Redone using Techengage's Reshade preset revolution as a base which was made using the original version of this as a base.

Description

MAKE SURE YOU TURN YOUR BRIGHTNESS DOWN (MINE WAS ALL THE WAY DOWN FOR THE SCREENSHOTS)
The title states that this is the "best reshade preset" but in essence it is just another reshade preset (a very good one though i must say ;)))
This improves the visuals of the game by making it less blurry (i.e sharpening it up just enough), a bit less colorful (but not too much) , Adding some ambient light, some film grain and a few other things to all in all; Not overload the games visuals to make it look substantially different but to enhance the existing visuals just enough to make it very pleasing (imo).
This can also be used on multiple other games for instance i use this on both witcher 3 and AC syndicate it makes them look much sharper and less colorful and it looks real dope download this shit boys don't complain or else.

Installation

I HIGHLY recommend installing VisualV As that's what i'm using in the screenshots so visuals may differ without it but alas it is not required..
Download Reshade 3.0
once its downloaded run the exe and click select game and select gta5.exe
Now click direct3d 10+
You'll see a prompt pop up asking if you want a collection of standard effects click yes
Now reshades installed so extract the ini from this archive into gta 5's root
Open the game
let reshade load
press Shift + f2
this is where you load my preset click continue then you'll see a red bar click the arrow on the red bar and you'll see the presets location click it and voila.

Quite average It has no features
i disabled fxaa but still crashing at launch, i think my computer is a non reshade computer, never work
I renamde file in d3d11 then the game lauched, but when i pressed shift + f2 it just start recording
@Corg what effects did you delete please i cant lauch the game i tried to switch in directX 10 too but not worked

Vibrance ≠ brightness (I tested this in-game to be sure).
@tduc97 if you don't know how to uninstall a simple ini file i don't think i can help you haha :D
@sjain EHHEHE THATS SOME GR* LOGIC THERE! I told you to turn the brightness down because when i made the configuration my brightness was all the way down therefore if your brightness is up it is going to look significantly different.
