There's 2 versions in the file one for menyoo and the other for ymap.
This mod adds a custom Villa on Mount Chiliad that is owned by the Life Invader CEO. It is very detailed and has a unique shape with pillars and huge glass windows that have beautiful panoramic views of Los Santos and Blaine Country.
You can load the mansion without map builder the mansion will be complete but many of the textures of the surfaces wont be there
Changelog 1.5:
>Added a Ymap version of the file along with a menyoo version
>Added Completely new textures for the walls, floor and roof using Map Builder
>Added a garden on the roof with a jacuzzi, bench and workout area
>Added Bigger TV's in the house
>Added details on the wall shelves
>Other minor details inside and out
Changelog 1.1 :
>remodeled the bathroom and added marble flooring inside
>added a workout area / gym inside
>added art work to the walls everywhere inside
>made the lighting better on the interior and exterior so its not too bright at night like before
>added a retro arcade game collection in the house
>added a pilot on the helipad and some pets inside the house
>added working doors to the elevator
>other minor improvements to the overall mansion
Feel free to use this in videos but remember to give credits
How to Install :
1. Make sure you have the latest script hook V and V.NET installed.
2. Have Menyoo or Ymap installed along with Map builder
3. open the folder and drag the .xml file into your main directory/menyoostuff/spooner and paste there.
4. launch game and open menyoo and load through saved files.
6. For ymap have custom maps installed in your dlcpacks folder
7. Drag ymap file in custom_maps.rpf in the custom maps folder

@HessyHere This is actually an amazing build! And goes to show it's not just about 3ds max, but about concepts, interior design, and taste. :) Two thumbs up!
Had to convert it to ymap, of course (otherwise it takes a ridiculous amount of resources). And there are entirely too many paintings in there, LOL; but none of it matters, really: in the 'feels', this is awesome design and execution.
@meimeiriver thanks so much dude that means a lot. coincidently i was making an update with a ymap version just uploaded it now. also i know the paintings are a tad bit too much but thats the way i like it otherwise the walls feel too empty to me.
