Full credit goes to Katka for the original mod on steam. I simply ported this mod to GTA V. This models are from Rising Storm 2: Vietnam and Insurgency Sandstorm, I take no credit for creating the model or textures.

Replaces the Carbine Rifle.
Features:
• Fully Animated
• Working Collision Data
• Attachment Compatible
• 2K Textures
• Comes With 20 Round Mag and 30 Round Mag
Also comes with a flashlight, two different versions. One with a carry handle rail and one without.
Please note:
The iron sights line up perfectly, but the scopes are not usable. Animations work flawlessly.
Installation:
Just extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
How to Fix Texture Loss:
If you are experiencing any texture loss, make a copy of the low texture and rename it to +hi. The low textures should be 1024x1024 or 1024x512. Anything lower does not matter. If the textures aren't, you need to downscale them to that resolution. If you are still experiencing issues, try changing the pixel format to DXT5 or DXT1.
