This mod aims to be a new take on a lore-friendly Ford Explorer by taking parts of the old Vapid Scout and mixing them with design cues from the '16 Explorer.
Included in this mod are two version of a law enforcement trim - one generic unmarked cruiser and one to fit with the other vanilla police vehicles. A civilian trim will soon be released by Jacobmaate.

this will go well in my 2016 overhaul
Honestly man, you should really take care of those normals, especially in the front end. The mod is generally alright looking until you pay a bit of attention to the reflections on the model. Expect me to change my perfectly justified low rating once you handle the situation.
@Patão_Innertubey agreed tbh. It's mostly cuz the wireframe is pretty oofed due to the upscaling, especially around the front.
@Patão_Innertubey Yeah, i agree that the normals are pretty bad in some areas, ill probably fix them in an update. I have learned quite a bit from this project and hope to improve it further in the future

@Nachtfliege Would be 10/10 in terms of design if the vent + DRL below the headlight was placed a little below. I edited it myself in photoshop to show how it'll look. below are the two images along with the edited ones side by side for comparison :-

@Nachtfliege Is it possible to make the lights all red by editing the carcols? I'm still getting blue coronas even after changing the color values. Sirensetting-limit-adjuster didn't fix it either.
What about a version of the Vapid Scout based on the current 2020 Explorer?
