dlcpacks:/r352sound/ add this line in DLCLIST.XML
change the audionamehash (vehicle.meta) to r352sound

@zarif muqrey try this. Go to the gtr file in dlcpacks and then dlc.rfp --> data. I found vehicles.meta there
