1. Open: OpenIV.
2. Turn: Edit Mode
3. Navigate to: x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\upgradevehicles.rpf\
4. If you want, you can make backup copy original file: marshall+hi.ytd, marshall.yft, marshall.ytd, marshall_hi.yft
5. Replace: marshall+hi.ytd, marshall.yft, marshall.ytd, marshall_hi.yft
