I thought this would go nicely with the TIV mod.
Installation:
-Place dow.xml in your vehicle folder in menyoostuff
(C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Vehicle)
How to spawn:
-activate menyoo by pressing F8 (or whatever your menu bind is) and navigate to vehicles - vehicle spawner - saved vehicles - dow
Requirements:
Menyoo https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Shoutout to the best storm chaser in GTA, Jeff Favignano.
Changelog:
1.0 DOW is released
1.1 Fixed "invalid model" glitch

Ok, now that it works - this is good, especially for a first mod. If I were to make any recommendations, you might want to take a cue from the Sandking Stormchaser you mentioned and have some equipment in the cabin.
As a suggestion for future developments: Look into Vanillaworks. It has a biff, mule, and soon trashmaster flatbed that would give you some extra room to work and not need the steel plates laid over a hitch.
