For YCA-y97y's Nissan Fairlady Z
I thought the car's base handling line was lacking, and there weren't any existing Devil Z-esque handling lines posted, so i went ahead and fixed that issue.
Comes with 3 handling lines that gives the car a higher top speed, faster acceleration, slippier handling, and some other small changes to make it harder to control in general.
Handling #1: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 3.3 seconds, 195 MPH top speed
Handling #2: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 2.8 seconds, 220 MPH top speed (shown in preview videos)
Handling #3: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 2.1 seconds, 265 MPH top speed
Also comes with a global.gxt2 file which changes the car's name to be the Devil Z, for added authenticity.
INSTALLATION:
1) Launch OpenIV, toggle Edit Mode, go to: update > x64 > dlcpacks > s30 > dlc.rpf > data, replace the handling.meta file there with one of the 3 handling lines.
2) For the global.gxt2 file, do the same, but go to dlc.rpf > x64 > data > lang > americandlc.rpf, replace the global.gxt2 file there with mine.
OTHER MODS USED IN PREVIEW VIDEO (v1.1):
I'm Not MentaL's Initial D Speedometer
Hippy's Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 Engine Sound
CHANGELOG:
v1.1.2
-Added a new preview video
-Lowered traction curve min & max for even more sliding
-Higher brake bias towards the rear
-Slightly higher steering angle lock
-Lowered the acceleration a bit on Handling #2, giving it a new 0 - 60 time of 2.8 seconds
v1.1.1
-Toned down the acceleration a bit, more accurate top speed counts:
Handling #1: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 3.3 seconds, 195 MPH top speed
Handling #2: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 2.6 seconds, 220 MPH top speed (shown in preview video, but with slightly higher top speed and acceleration)
Handling #3: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 2.1 seconds, 265 MPH top speed
v1.1
-Severely toned down speed; now comes with 3 different handling lines that have their own speed settings:
Handling #1: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 3.0 seconds, 175+ MPH top speed
Handling #2: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 2.5 seconds, 200+ MPH top speed
Handling #3: 0 - 60 MPH in roughly 2.0 seconds, 250+ MPH top speed
-Less grippy handling, a bit more sliding
-Slightly less brake force
-Less burnout
-Brake bias moved toward the front to prevent sliding when jamming on the brakes
v1.03.1
-Even less tire grip, more burnout
v1.03
-Way less tire grip, so now it also tends to slide when you try turning it, along with the extreme oversteer.
-Fixed the car's name displaying as "Nissan Nissan Devil Z"
-More anti roll bar force
-Slightly lowered brake force
-Made the suspension stronger
-Upped Steering Lock from 20 to 25
-More burnout
v1.02.2
-Even less acceleration, about the same top speed, lowered SteeringLock from 40 to 20
v1.02.1
-Less acceleration, same top speed as v1.02
v1.02
-This is a bit of a big one, and handles the most extreme out of the other versions i put up
-Even faster acceleration, but a lower top speed of around 265 MPH (if you'd rather have a higher top speed, just edit the fInitialDragCoeff value in the handling file and set it from 6.66 to something lower)
-Even less stability; more over-steer, more sliding, more panicking trying to correct the sliding before you rear-end a semi truck at 250 miles an hour
-Upping the TractionCurveMax value also makes braking stronger, and i WOULD nerf the BrakeForce to counter-act it, but honestly, the car would probably be too undriveable at that point. Feel free to lower the BrakeForce yourself if you find it's too much, though.
v1.01
-Less brake force, slightly more burnout
-Added a global.gxt2 file which changes the car's name to Devil Z, for added authenticity

this speed is crazy!!!!
1.5 seconds? Doesn't really deserve the 'Devil Z' title with silly speeds like that man. Make it match the actual Devil Z and you've got something.
