I convert emperor albany vehicle to breaking bad vehicle thats has M60 machine gun.

Install:
1- by using open iv go to
Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
and edit dlclist.xml then add this line:
dlcpacks:\emperorm60\
2-put emperorm60 folder in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
3- done you can spwan it by using simple train with name emperorm60
Before you use this, make sure to use the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre to prevent the game from crashing during loading.
