It's highly recommended that you use Flawless Widesreen to increase your vehicle fov by at least 5 degrees, or else you will have a hard time seeing the handlebars. You can use a fov mod too, but I greatly prefer Flawless Widescreen, seeing as it lets you change the fov on the fly, keeps and modifies each vehicle's individual fov instead of a static value across all, and doesn't reset the fov when reloading.
1. Blazer:
It's always amazed me how the first person ATV camera is located in your character's stomach. It's such an obvious glaring problem and easy fix that it really shows me that Rockstar does not care, because any normally functioning human would take one look at that camera positioning while testing and think "Hmm, something looks completely off"
This mod fixes that so you actually feel like a human riding an ATV, and not a dwarf mutant with shoulders well above his head. Greatly raised the pov and slightly elongated the head positioning so you're a bit further back.
2. Sanchez
Apparently the main characters in GTAV have a fetish for dirt bikes, because they're always kissing them in first person.
As with the Blazer, I also elongated and raised the the pov a bit so the character doesn't turn into a bike-smooching hobbit every time he gets on a Sanchez.
Please see the readme in the download for installation directions.

@EdikanSKY
@superflysi1985
The readme has been updated on what to edit if you already have an existing modded vehicles.meta file.
can u do it for the Kawasaki KX450F - 2015 Factory Graphics?
Oh my god thank you for this. Your doing gods work.
Can you try to making a mod for positional head tracking for in car, or in the game in general that could work with vr. Please please please please I'd be very greatful
@primo101 there is already one
@aysammy Were ?
You should do it for every vehicle. The PoV in first person is horrible, even with a really high FoV, you're just too low in the car, especially noticeable in old muscle cars. At least teach us how to change the PoV. I wouldn't mind doing it myself.
i thought i was the only one that thought the old view was screwed up
Man, I'm sorry for bad english. I need to know which lines are in "vehicles.meta" need to change, which would also adjust the position of the camera? Help me, dude.
I have changed "PovCameraOffset" axis "z" but nothing has changed? What am I doing wrong? Do I need to change any more the line?
Hey dude we all have some questions, can you please answer them?
<PovCameraOffset x="0.000000" y="-0.080000" z="0.125000" /> that was the line of code he changed they were all set to "x=0.000000" before hope this help
