Very big special thanks to zQrba & Southern_Smoke for the Fantastic Model and Tuning Parts!
The only thing i did is to change the Spoiler of that car.
The original one of the 9F seemed to small in my opinion for this car, so i replaced it with the Spoiler 4 of the Massacro.
I replaced the Badges on the spoiler, too with Audi Badges.
So you will find in this Folder: The original Audi R8 Plus Models by zQrba, my upgraded Texture file (Just added the Badges for the spoiler)
and my upgraded ninef_mods.rpf where i just replaced the spoiler, the other Tuning parts are originals by zQrba & Southern_smoke, too.
All you have to do is to extract the folder and put the files into following paths via OpenIV.
The Vehicle Files (ninef.yft, ninef_hi.yft and ninef.ytd) must be replaced in:
GTA 5 Main folder\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
and the Tuning Parts (ninef_mods.rpf) you have to replace in:
GTA Main Folder\Mods\x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\vehiclemods
so if you spawn or find the Audi R8 it is basicly in it´s Road version. If you drive that car to LS Customs and add the Bumpers, Exhausts, the Spoiler and other Wheels,
it will look like a Street Version of the Audi R8 LMS (Screenshots).
If you like this mod, please support the great work of Model builders like zQrba, cause this is very hard work. Thanks.

https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/audi-r8-lms-street-custom This exists already?
@JumpyPanda but that other One is a add on Car, so You Need a Trainer to get it. I wanted a replacer car so that you are able to find them on the streets.
ANOTHER ONE
@NOIZ4X you can add vehicles into the popgroups or popcycle, one of em. if you use addons ;)
@NOIZ4X ok
@Saunders420 might be but i'm no professional modder yet, I don't know that much about that this time... I'm a newbie lol. Just made 2 mods... This one where I just replaced the spoiler and brought it into the right position with zmodeler and one mod made with map editor where I "modernized" sandy shores airfield. But I think I will learn a lot in future, i like making mods.
