Great mod, but come on the cost is way too high. Especially since you'll be using this mod the most while still living in that neighborhood and don't have nearly that amount of money. Give us a ini file to change it ourself or change it in something like this:

$1000 = 1 homie
$2500 = 2 homies
$5000 = 3 homies and phone contact unlocked
$7500 = 4 homies
$10.000 = 5 homies
$15.000 = 6 homies
