how to uninstall:
delete "addonpeds" in dlcpacks
delete "PedSelector.dll" in scripts
delete "Addonpeds Editor.exe" and "AddonpedsVars.xml" in game directory
and lastly, remove "<Item>dlcpacks:\addonpeds\</Item>" from dlclist.xml
this worked for me
