I'm sorry, I'm a noob at modding, how do I spawn this?
Love the mod, but I have a problem. Whenever I find a rival dealer who I want to recruit, I don't get any popup saying to talk to them. I have enough levels to hire one, and they drop their bag full of drugs if I kill them, but I can't talk to them. All other parts of the mod work fine.
